Need a regularly updated construction programme for site meetings?

We will establish a base line programme for your project / package of works and provide a time-line update (snap-shot) to this programme on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis - depending on your preference. Once your programme is established, it's simple to update. This will usually be done via a telephone / email update from your specified site contact. It is important that progress is properly monitored, especially if delays are incurred through no fault of your own. Accurate records formalised through meeting and correspondence will greatly enhance your true monetary and / or time entitlements, as prescribed by the conditions of the contract. Furthermore these records may also serve to successfully defend against spurious claims made against your performance.
