Our resultant assessment will generally incorporate a number of beneficial operational changes that work favourably in redeeming lost time to your programme and minimising the effects of all culpable delays. We will also action a revision to the works programme to mitigate and alleviate any further non culpable delays, whilst also protecting the interests of your own entitlements according to the contract conditions. |
